Hamas does not any capability to match Israel's might. Yet, when the fragile ceasefire ended, they celebrated it with firing of rockets into Israel. The reaction from Israel was neither kind or amused but and it decided to crush Hamas.
So, another invasion from Israel and this time it is going to be a hell for civilians and some more Gaza land would be taken over by Israel. But, wars in Iraq, Afghanistan, Lebanon all shows new strategy - make the enemy to enter and land and bombard with small attack / ambush and keep increasing the enemy toll one - by - one on daily basis !!!
I hate war, so i would term it as Barbaric ! The inaction by United Nations makes their existence a mockery !

Nonsense called Extradition
Indian courts are yet to resolve 3 crore cases. Judgement never comes in time. Scores of people are waiting to get justice.
In this nonsense environment, Indian goverment asks extradition from pakistan, sri lanka etc... Donno what they are going to achieve !

No sense in Thirumangalam
By-Election of Thirumangalam constituency is creating enough turbulence for the local population. I fail to understand why AIADMK and DMK is taking this election so seriously as if it is an prestigious issue.
Political group battles, weapons on display, cash for votes distribution all happening freely. God, pls help me understand our democracy !

Vadivelu as Project Manager - 2
Vadivelu gets out of his cabin and walks into cubicals. Picks up some 6 guys saying "Hey, you come", you, you types.... and starts walking back towards his seat.
One of the Gujju programmer asks him "Sirji, what is scheduled?". Vadivelu replies "Dont ask, come and do what I say"; So., are are puzzled and waiting for further instruction. Vadivelu takes his seat and gives a deep look at all the programmers.
Finally, he picks up two guys and says "you go and join the action committee in Lotus meeting room"; the guy asks, "sir, what is the action"; Vadivelu replies "Ummm., its about how to be inactive, dont speak, just go"; They go...
Then, vadivelu looks at another two and says "you two go and work on prototype for ABC Bank"; They reply "sir., we are working on bug fixing"; The remaining two asks "sir., what for us?"; Vadivelu says "Both of you just watch what these proposal guys do and learn from it".
By the time, vadivelu gets a call and he attends and goes into silent mode for 30seconds. Finally, he look at the gang and says "dont work on the prototype for now, abc bank is closed; so you all go and work on bug increase for XYZ bank so that we get some salary for another 6 months"

December Music Season Update - Final
Venue: Narada Gana Sabha
30 Dec 2008 – Vocal - Sudha Raghunathan; Violin R K Sriram Kumar
Excellent concert. Some of songs were: Sri jalandharam, karuna jooda vamma (thodi), rama rama payasage (pandhuvarali), mrudanga thalamu (sri ranjani), sathurdasya ragamalika, arul seyya venumayya (rasigapriya), kandha un aadhara vindham thunai, thaye gopalakrishnan yasodha, jagadho vaaraname. It was little sloppy in the beginning but picked up admirably during second half. Kandha was the pick of the day.
The sad part of the day was the body language of violinist Sriram who behaved as if he is playing music on sudha's private reception. He hardly turned and looked at the crowd !
Some general observation of mine on this season:
1. 80% of the crowd consists of oldies.... They are extremely good and knowledgeable in carnatic music. They come early and they keep their cell phones in silent mode. They share musical information. Good company indeed !
2. Singers should look at the crowd for the first 2 songs to get the feedback on mike / sound.
3. Why dont the sabha's keep some dust bins reachable?
4. Sabha should introduce the musicians before the start of kacheri.
